BOSTON MARATHON BOMBS, WORLD WAR III, A TIME TO PRAY! By Paul McGuire

BOSTON MARATHON BOMBS, WORLD WAR III, A TIME TO PRAY!

                            By Paul McGuire

Join Paul McGuire this Thursday April 18th at Beth Ariel at 7 PM 22222 Saticoy Canoga Park (rear chapel).  Paul will teach on current prophetic events and lead in prayer for our nation and the nations of the world.  Join Paul as he teaches from the Word of God and allow the Presence of the Lord to touch you!  Be sure to bring friends! Spread the Word!

Two huge explosions went off at the the Boston Marathon finish line at Copley Square causing deaths,  sixty casualties and several traumatic amputations.  A Saudi national was reportedly arrested, but disturbing allegations of a mysterious “right wing extremism,” were announced on CNN.
During the same news cycle both Iran and North Korea have threatened America with World War III.  Ali Ahani, Iran’s ambassador to France, said Sunday, according to the Islamic regime’s PressTV. “This can entail a chain of violence that may lead to World war III. A potential Israeli attack against Iran with an objective of destroying its scientific and nuclear facilities is sheer madness. Its consequences are disastrous and uncontrollable.”

In addition, America’s economic statistics continue to look grim!

It is time for America and specifically the church in America to do what the Pilgrims and Puritans did and that is to seek the face of God with fasting, prayer and intercession.  The Pilgrims and Puritans recognized that there security and prosperity did not come from their own self-efforts, they recognized in their hearts that God was their Source.  Although, America is not Israel, the Pilgrims and Puritans made a Covenant with God when they settled America.  Whenever their crops would fail or when disease broke out, they humbled themselves before God.  II Chronicles 7:14 is a Covenant that God made with Israel.  But, God continues to honor the prayers of nations and individuals who pray and repent before Him.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”   II Chronicles 7:14

Please spread this word to as many people as possible no matter what nation you live in.  None of us can afford to make the mistake and assume that other people are doing the repenting and praying!  Each of us must act as if we are the only ones who are repenting, fasting and praying.  This is not a matter of pride.  But, when we approach our spiritual responsibility before God this way, we accept the fact that each of us is under a divine assignment to pray!
